Everything you need to know before we start your project — payment, revisions, timelines, and ownership. No surprises.

All projects require a 50% deposit upfront before any work begins. This reserves your spot and covers the initial design and development work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final files are delivered.

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions at no extra charge. A revision covers layout adjustments, copy changes, color tweaks, and other changes within the original agreed scope.
Any additional revisions beyond the 2 included are billed at $75 per hour. We'll always give you a time estimate before starting any billable revision work — no surprise charges.

Most projects are completed within 7 days from the time the deposit is received and all content has been provided. Delays in receiving content from the client may extend the timeline.

Upon receipt of the final payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website and all its assets — code, images, copy, and design files. You own it completely. No licensing fees, no lock-in, no strings attached.
Creoa retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and use it as an example of our work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domain. Creoa will connect the domain to the completed website once it has been acquired.

The 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. This covers the time and resources already invested in your project.
If you cancel your project before any work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full.
